Chongqing Drawway Electronic Technology Co. Ltd. is engaged in designing,
manufacturing and marketing power modules and application specific
communication circuits modules. The main activities of Drawway are multi-chip
modules (MCM) and the thick-film and thin-film hybrid integrated circuits modules.
      Drawway was established in July 2001, which was formerly the 14th
Laboratory, the Sichuan Institute of
Solid-state Circuits (SISC), China Electronics Technology Group
Corporation (CETC). SISC is one of the stockholders of Drawway. Making the most use of SISC’s advanced SMT
(surface mount technology) and MCM developed in the last decade, as well as the
potentialities of professionals, and taking the advantages of SISC undertaking the
reliable ASIC and modules for national defense and military use, Drawway has attracted lots of top technical staffs. Drawway has made scientific and technological achievements at various levels, has a complete technology set of designing and
manufacturing different SMT, thick-film and thin-film hybrid integrated circuits,
and plays a leading role in China in ASIC MCM, application specific circuits modules, and communication power modules.
    As a holding subsidiary of MCT, Drawway co-operated with Microelectronic Communi cation Trust GmbH (MCT),Germany, in January 2003 after completely clearing off the state-owned capital stock.
